i keep loosing due to the game loosing connection

I just lost again when I was up due to connection loss. as soon as the 2 mins of no play were up it reconnected saying I resigned since I made no moves. that's total bs and not the 1st,2nd,3rd time either. they has to be some type of way to prospone time if theirs bad connection

Mmm!  Thought I was the only one this was happening to.  At a hotel for a week and tonight lost 4 games because I temporarily lost internet connectivity for just over a minute during blitz games, then got a warning notice telling me my account will be resticted if I persist in keeping players waiting.  I understand the warning but as it's totally not my fault it seems a bit unfair as I lose points as well as the game.  Anyone else being affected by this?  Is it just something I have to live with and risk my account being restricted or is there a way of reconnecting within a few seconds following.

Ive figured out how to refresh during game on phone without pulling out of the app. If you're playing it on landscape, just turn it portrait or visaversa, it refreshes almost everytime without ex'ing you out the game
