It looks like you didn't move in your final 1.4s though.
I lost a game on time with more time than my oponent! Why???

Can you please give me back my points? It is not fair, you know!
I think you didn't read my post.

Sir, I actually read and understood your post. Now, if you think that it is reasonable to lose when your oponent has a lost endgame but supposedly has 0.01 seconds on the clock and you are 100% sure that it wasn't a server lag/fault when I made the move and it wasn't recorded, then I will admit my defeat. Besides, I am not asking for his defeat, but for getting the points back like in a draw. Thank you for understanding!

You could always ask support, but generally points are not refunded on time loss.

The client side clocks are not official, so it's possible to run out of time before your move reaches the server. That can be due to high lag between you and the live server process, or small disconnects that cause additional lag.

... Now, if you think that it is reasonable to lose when your oponent has a lost endgame...
That endgame is a draw.

You clearly didnt understand his post. His post said you didnt make your final move in the 1.4 seconds you had therefore losing you the game. Sure, lag mightve played a factor but so did your opponent lag, probably more than you did (the chess.com servers are in America and youre in Moldova which is closer than the Philipines) You also mentioned the opponent had a lost endgame which he didnt, the endgame is a dead draw if you know anything about chess. And he didnt have 0.01 seconds on his clock he had 0.1 seconds. And you mightve made the move in 0.1 seconds and thats why it didnt count. You lost on time. Accept it. Chess does that sometimes. I beat an opponent recently when when he had m1 on time in a bullet game and although it shouldntve been a win the rules work like that and you cant do much about it.

You, with 912 elo for rapid know better than me wih 1760 currently. Thank you for teaching me. Now, that draw cost me 8 points for no reason...

"Truth hurts" as Finegold would say.
Just accept how it works and do the best out of it. Did you premove when you had 2 seconds left or where you thinking before clicking in the move? Also you can play with incrament to avoid this in the future if you hate flagging.

Stop teaching me chess! I recently had 1850 elo at rapid. You don't dare teach me chess. And also do your homework before commenting to see in the actual game my brave oponent gave me a rook for free in his frenzy but I didn't take due to time pressure. And chess.com servers are everywhere. So stop making yourself interesting because you aren't!

... And chess.com servers are everywhere. ...
The site is working on distributed servers for live, but your traffic goes to the main datacenter.

...Did you premove when you had 2 seconds left or where you thinking before clicking in the move? ...
A premove could still end up with a timeout with a high lag or disconnect situation since each move is not sent to the server until the opponent's immediate previous move is received.

They will never give u back your points...try losing on time when your winning...by over 45 second's...CHESS .COM will never admit PPL CAN AND DO TAMPER with server connection...there are elements..that normally with server connection issues such as lag and lag forgiveness..where the server ties to correct differential time zone inputs.in which case it(Server) tries to auto correct...but that's Nothing compared to what I've witnessed..I've literally see it all .from players that can disable the auto -abort function when they don't move.because mate is coming..then they will run clock out and make a instant dumb move right at end and somehow YOU GET THE DISCONNECT..I LEARNED THIS CAN BE DONE after the intentional 😁😁 face message player sent me after...NEXT YOU MAY OBSERVE SOME CHEATER/Hackers able to manipulate the increment function...I've seen players turn increments on for themselves during a normal 3 min blitz or 1 min bullet standard I REPEAT NOT 1|1 OR 2|1....you gotta ask yourself..why is the bad connection issues always benefiting your opponent..meaning there should be a better feature that can adjust time better if the system detects CONNECTION LOSS...AND SOME IS SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH using Android version when it comes to server pings
maybe you're just salty?

Also for Android versions u can make pre moves but no conditional moves ..which gives a huge disadvantage if your opponent is skilled enough...I play on my laptop but ..sometimes it's convenient to play on a phone...and I find that if your playing on a android ever paired with a player that can make conditional moves.. pre move can actually make it worse EXAMPLE let's say u make a pre move on what u think is a obvious re capturing of a piece..but your opponent conditional is intended to sacrifice piece and play something else..THAT SPILT SECONDS U HAVE TO RE INPUT what to play ..IN MY PERSONAL OPINION the clock punishes u extra time on your next or corrected move u might look up and realize your got a 20 or 30 seconds lead and paused more than you did AND AT LAST THERE IS another possibility u could be playing a off account for a Gm/or streamer and they LITERALLY CAN MOVE THAT FAST with unreal accuracy 💪💪💪
Imagine being so mad you type in caps

...you gotta ask yourself..why is the bad connection issues always benefiting your opponent....
It doesn't. Unless your connection is really bad, you'll have times where your opponent sees your clock increase and where you win by abandonment and time loss due to their connection issues or lag.

🤔🤔🤔WHY DO U CARE.... If must know if have a special gaming keyboard I'm typing from I'm trying to get used too ..my caps button is not in a familiar spot for me .but who cares...(WHATS that have to do with topic)...you must be ONE OF THE HACKERS STAFF needs to investigate ... EXACTLY how many disconnect wins do you have🧐🧐..
Ah yes, you're "testing" out a new key...That sounds like a perect exscuse!
Hello!
Today I played a game. I had a small advantage, but my oponent was a "gentleman" and, faced with little time on the clock (30 seconds vs 1 minute) started to move lightning fast his king randomly as to "win" on time. Very fair and nice...Suddenly, I got a message: "you lost on time". Apparently, my oponent had 0.01 on time. However, when coming back to the game I noticed I had more time upon finishing: more than a second. How is it possible to lose with more than a second when it is not
my turn and my oponent has 0.01?
I would kindly ask a staff member to give me back my points and I am curious what other users think about my oponent's attitude as well as the situation on the whole...
