All the games you've played should be in your archive.
I played a computer here tonight and want to go back to the game, on my pc

Are you using the side nav/menu bar? Then click the icon that shows a hand touching a piece. In the options that pop up you should see 'archive'.
Also, after you analyse a game, you have to save that analysis or else you'll have to do it all over again every time you need the analysis. The app automatically saves it for you, but on the web version you have to press 'save analysis'.

Are you sure? I can't find any computer games in there the way you have described.
I didn't analyse it at the time though. & do you mean a chess.com app? What other free sw is out there that I could put the game into so I could shuffle back and forth through all the moves, obviously sans analysis?

Computer games aren't saved unless you play it on live.. If you have the moves, you go to the analysis board and input by moving the pieces. Or alternatively write the pgn..

Thanks very much, I managed to input it to the analysis board. So I can save it / archive it now?

To save from the analysis board:
If you click on the icon indicated by the red rectangle on the screen print it will open the download option you see. You can click on download and download the game to your pc in PGN format or select the PGN of the game, copy it to your clipboard, and then paste it into other software.

Aha cool. but can I put it into my archive of games here?

Not sure if this helps, but there are many online PGN viewers available. You don't need to download or install anything (so no risk of viruses), just log onto the viewer's website and paste the PGN into the box. That lets you look over the game on the board provided. You can always save the PGNs as Notepad files in your computer's Documents folder.
Here's a sample site, but there are plenty of others.

You have to play the computer from within live chess (post #5) for it to show in your archive. To do that select the option indicated in red on the following screen print.

Yes I read post #5. I was hoping to be able to now analyse it and put things like this INTO my archive. I guess that's a bit dubious as people could put GM games into their archives as their own lol
maybe go over it / analyse it ... is it stored anywhere here? If not, I stored the moves so can I put them into something to recreate the game? For free XD don't really know anything about other chess places / sw
