Hello, I'm very frustrated right now because I'm having a losing streak. My ELO rating went from 863 to 783. Do you have any tips to fix this problem? I thought playing constantly will break the losing streak but it got worse.

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first to learn from your mistakes and to channel the negative emotion of the loss into a positive goal of improving.

It's like the stock market. Your ELO will trend upward over time. There will be ups and downs on the way.

There’s only one ELO rating that matters: the FIDE one, when playing real rated tournaments.

FIDE and national association give zero value to chess.cos ratings, and neither should you.

Have the mentally that the site’s rating is not a real rating, and just focus on doing less blunders and study your games.

This is common in any RANKED games not just chess. What happens is that frustration build up and it clouds your judgement. As chess is a mental game, it is important to learn when to stop.
