I just had a look at your opponent's profile; something fishy's going on here. He actually blatantly claims to be a computer. Problem is, he has a diamond membership and three of his 10 friends are staff, so it looks as if contacting support with your suspicions wouldn't have much chance of success.

I'd just chalk it up to experience and block him.

I've heard that they get so many similar emails that it's much better to send them a proper letter, which they can open and discuss at staff breakfast. Maybe one of them is even a stamp collector like Karpov, and would be delighted to get a real Indian stamp which they can carefully steam off the envelope and put into their album!
