I will be in the bay area in February, and I want a tour of chess.com while there.

It would be some kind of standard office room where a few locals come in to work (others work from home). That, plus a server in some air conditioned closet somewhere. "Tour the facilities" makes it sound like a factory or something.

you're only fit for the Bug Building

Chess.com has no facilities. According to the "about" page there's no office. It's a bunch of folks scattered around the globe all working from their homes or wherever. Chess.com's servers are probably housed in one of those gigantic server farm buildings (the kind that host like thousands of websites), probably in Texas or somewhere.

You want a tour of Eric's crib? <--------That's ghetto slang for house.  I can get you in and out in one piece.

If you go to the Bay area you won't find anything. Erik just says its located there to keep all the weidos out who want free tours.  The whole site is located in Kingman Arizona at an abadoned aircraft graveyard.
