Survival days before , I played with one opponent named "niemann" four daily games , all the four games he had accuracy 95% + in such a daily rating 1800 . That already explains everything about Niemann did .

Did he cheat against Kramnik?

If there’s no proof than it’s just gossip people just want to jump on that bandwagon even though they’re clueless it shows no class by assuming just making an ass out yourself

That video speaks for itself!

There is so much I would love to write about but I simply can't. This topic would be locked in few seconds grin.png But I have my suspicions too, but not so much towards Hans. He after all have admitted to cheating.

Without catching a cheater red-handed, the proof can't be any better that Chess.com.has already given. It's a detailed report which, if I understand correctly, hasn't been contested.

CC are a bunch of hypocrites. They published a report detailing Niemann's many online cheats. So why is he back now? Money is the reason.

Everyone who watches this video must sign an NDA. 🙄

It can just be as simple as both sides preferring to reach an agreement without all the litigation, as they say. We don't need to look for ulterior motives.

Having evidence that he cheated, and being able to prove it in court, are two different things. If you had potentially millions of dollars at stake, how confident would you be that ~12 jurors, randomly selected from the people you see at the grocery store, could make an informed decision about the PhD-level statistics likely involved in this case? Each side would have its own conflicting experts, and the average juror would probably be thinking "I have no idea who is right, but I don't care about chess and I just want to go home."

It seems people are simply unable to think for themselves. There is no reason to suspect that Niemann is a cheater at all, but people just listen to whatever their favorite streamer tells them.

Fact is, Niemann has been performing at a 2700+ level for some time now. It is clear that he is not a weak chess player at all and he is perfectly capable of winning the games that he’s won, including vs Kramnik in blitz and rapid, as well as vs Magnus with the black pieces in classical.

Unfortunately, some are too thick to see that. Hopefully Hans can overcome the obstacles he’s been facing and let the chess speak for itself.

CC's own report says that he cheated online. Whether he cheated OTB is another matter, but he's been nailed for what he did online. So the charge of hypocrisy against CC stands.

That is a separate matter from years ago. I’m not sure what you mean by “hypocrisy” from chess.com.

CC clearly states that cheating on its platform is against its policies and that anyone doing so will be banned.

CC produced a long report showing and concluding that Niemann cheated online here on many, many occasions, many more than he has publicly admitted to.

The hypocrisy is in now letting him back on here. Because what CC is effectively saying is that cheats will be banned, unless they are GMs and -- most likely for commercial reasons -- some kind of backroom deal has been done, in which case he will be welcomed back with open arms like the prodigal son.

If your issue is with chess.com allowing him back on the platform, than the hypocrisy is not with letting him back on the site now, but rather 4 years ago.

Additionally, Niemann’s activities from 4 years ago are not the reason he was blacklisted from invitational tournaments, nor the reason the entire chess world and media turned against him. That has to with the current allegations, which are completely unfounded and baseless.
