I made a new account (my old one was 1700) and i went from 1000 to 1600 in 3 days is that good improvement for someone at my level?

That's not a surprise with your strength of 1700, especially that when you start a new account, you get hundreds of points per win. Also, keep in mind that it is illegal to make alternate accounts.
