Nice, so a 2300 online blitz player translated to 7/9 otb? Were there some stronger players there, or are you a little less strong in an otb setting?

i didn't eat much so i was super hungry and wanted to buy anything to eat, the concession stands all only accepted card though which sucked but luckily my opponent agreed to lend us his card for us as we could pay him the money (even tho i beat him he said)
i bought popcorn, chicken tenders and fries and a normal soda which all cost 29 bucks

it was blitz, from the experience there i could see my visualization and calculation was getting better on a real board but i did miss 2 easy tactics in all games. a fork in the 3rd round but i won it due to illegal move and the last round where i was up a piece, saw a rook trade missing a simple mating tactic with Qg3 but the tournament was kinda intermediate overall. there were only 2 people from the open who i lose to but in both games one i was drawing and the other i was practically winning if given i played E4 instead of trading
i cant exactly remember the position but it was somewhat like this and a "oh" moment
