if i beat Li(2000) bot easily or 2 times out of every 10 games, am i a 2000 too?

I generally play with bots more than people. Until the last few months, I was only playing on lichess. my lichess ratings are 1800 at blitz, 2000 at rapid. but as i heard lichess ratings are at least 4-5 hundred points more than chess.com. this mean then I might be 1500 or 1600 at blitz on chess.com

How exactly do you get 1750? That’s not subtract 20% or anything. How does this work?
