Watson is a far more sophisticated version of Siri. In fact, Siri and Watson aren't even in the same league. Please do more research on the subject.

Anyways, best chess engines are the ones that have the best opening books, end game tables and have enough power to evaluate as manny lines as possible as deep as possible. It's my understanding that Watson is just a very powerful search engine with emasculate voice recognition.
