This question was answered in the TV show Columbo, Year 2, Episode 7, titled "The Most Dangerous Match".  You invite your opponent for the next day to dinner.  And then...

He would pick his nose.

I'd pick max... just so I could wring his scrawny little neck. Make a Welsh Stew.

The kosintseva sisters. I feel like they would be so properly etiquette'd at the table. Proper napkin folding, the right butter knife, the correct desert utensils, And they would tell me entertaining stories of their travels around the world. I'd be fascinated to dine in the company of such well mannered professionals. And of course, they're ridiculously adorable.

In my experience I'd rather have drinks with Eric Hansen, Yasser Seirawan, and Naka instead of having dinner with anyone.

Bill Gates of course!
