Incorporate bitcoin or some similar technolohy, either as tournament entry fee or some sort of colored coin to use as tokens and upvotes instead of the current points system, maybe both?

I would allow acess to the full site without paying. This could be accomplished without monetary loss by adding ads over the exposed background that paying members could remove, as well as certain profile pictures and other rewards for paying.
