My opponent lost his last major piece- the queen. It was the lone king vs. pawns, a rook, and a queen. When he/she blundered the queen, they offered a draw, obviously, I declined. A few inches later, after shuffling our pieces around and being pushed to the edge, they offered another draw. Than anot

I've seen this complaint a lot on chess.com. Just realize that by making a move you refuse the draw request. You can simply play your game and ignore the jerk.
