Castling is allowed when the bishop covers b1: the king does not pass through check.
'3.8.2.2 Castling is prevented temporarily:
3) If the square on which the king stands, or the square which it must cross, or the square which it is to occupy, is attacked by one or more of the opponent's pieces'
Laws of Chess
Can someone please help me figure out how my opponent was able to do the long-castle while my bishop was covering b1? Is there some rule I'm not aware of? This happened just minutes ago.
Thanks.
