Yrewol, you and Martin Stahl disagree on this issue. If you're right and you can't do anything about it, then leave. It'll just depress you if you stay.If he's right and you found a better site, then why stay?

At this point, there are so many cheaters here that the site has turned into a

complete mess. I understand that identifying all of them immediately is difficult, as some are very skilled and deceptive, using software that humanizes their play. Unfortunately, with the vast number of cheating tools available today, it has become a losing battle-unless a miracle happens on Chess.com's part.

Frankly, I have encountered many cheaters recently, even with accounts that are five years old and completely unpunished. This clearly demonstrates your inability to handle the issue. Banning my posts from the forum will not solve the problem. I understand that you may not like people discussing it, but imagine how frustrating it is for honest players to constantly face cheaters who get away with it.

It's a disgrace, and unless serious action is taken against them, as far as I'm concerned, online play on this site is dead and buried. Now, I fully expect this post to be censored as well-because silencing those who speak the truth is easier than dealing with such a massive problem.

Thank you for your attention, though I'm not sure how much of a "goodbye" this is.

I use a scoreboard spreadsheet that choose which opening i should use for the first 2 moves with a catch that it could also randomize them because I get bored always playing the same thing, is it cheating?...

This is what it is...

Actually is is a fair play violation

Look up fair play policy. First thing it says is ALL moves must be your own.

During a game, I got disconnected. I had installed Opera GX just recently, so does not have much cache. And, I had really good internet. When the game disconnected, I reloaded the page but it didn't help. I tried loading other websites and it worked. I need a rating refund and the rating I gain after winning the game. If you see it, you can see I was completely winning. I was a clear pawn up with a terrible position for Black's g7 bishop and I had played Nf5, it just didn't occur on the board. Instead of spending your money on marketing and other stuff, it would be better if you could make your server better. Today, the whole day was like this.

the good old days when you could play chess in the pub, where the chess club was, drinking Guinness and you knew your opponent was genuine.

There two ways to deal with this, inprove or not. Either way, nobody cares, but I recommend the first option.
