Forget about the rating. Just focus on playing good and enjoying the game. Rating will increase as a result of that.

Ok, so? Chess does suck, but You are not at 300 elo... either go quietly or stay, don't be a loser crying over 200 elo loss when you are clearly a pro.
So i think this could be other things and you put your frustation in chess. Take time to analyze if you had played for boring or something else. This things happen, we think taht is something nd is other.

Online Rating is down 200 points. Tragedy. Chess is no longer of interest.
Instead of quitting chess, one idea would be to leave online chess for a while and join a real club, where there is no rating.

I have lost 200 rating points in the past couple months and it has been hard to even play a game because I am losing so much. I have zero motivation to get better and I just don’t like playing chess anymore. I might just quit for a couple months but anyways, this is goodbye for now.
