At the very least do game review. If you do not see why the move is better, or think some other move should be good, take it into analysis.

This might sound stupid, but whenever I finish a game, I go like "I'll use my daily game review for some more intense game". The whole day goes by, "intense game" never comes and it just gets wasted.

In which case maybe you should treat yourself to full membership as a late Chistmas present. Then you can review EVERY game you play happy But honestly, six games is nothing. In a lifetime of chess playing ahead of you six games is tiny droip in an ocean of chess. Stop counting defeats and start counting lessons learned!

There are a number of sites which allow at least one game analysis. There is at least one site which allows unlimited game analysis. All free. Get busy happy

This sort of statement is common among online chess players. It's negative self-talk, and that is your issue.

Are you aware of the differences between your conscious and subconscious mind?

The conscious mind is the creative one. It creates all your personal needs and wants. Your conscious mind can learn quickly from seeing, doing, watching, reading, etc.; this information is gathered, filtered and stored. But what you tell yourself during this process is also stored in the subconscious. Unfortunately, the subconscious is impartial; it doesn't care.

Your subconscious mind is the habit mind. The storage of all you do, say and see. It's the filter to the world. When you receive a stimulus, and there is a subconscious habit related to it, it will automatically engage in its related behaviour. That’s why negative self-talk creates anxiety, all it takes is a negative stimulus, and the behaviour will play out. Consequently, the opposite is true of the positive.

Smile when you lose and create a positive attitude by reviewing your loss and learning something good from the errors.

Right! I really need a membership. However, I'm gonna have to wait a few months. I'm still 17 and there is no way I can possible convince my parents to get me a chess membership.

Free analysis? I have to see. I did try lichens analysis and I didn't like it too much. Chess.com's analysis is just a whole lot more fun to see. But yeah, I will be looking out for an analysis website when I'm back to chess

Very true. Thank you for the kind words.

Reviewing your games is not having a computer reviewing your games. You would probably learn more trying to understand yourself why you lose this game than just looking at blunders and mistakes identified by an engine. To be honest I don't practice what I preach.

Win.

If only I could...

I'm curious what are you doing to improve? You didn't answer me?

Well, If I am honest, I haven't done anything. I used to watch a lot of yt vids on how to play, tactics and all that when I was 500-800. But at this 1300 level, I don't find anything useful. Everyone just says grab center, good openings and bla-bla. I play London and pric all the time cuz at this level nobody knows theory and I'm just clueless after move 2 if I wanna play theoretical openings. Right now, My strategy is to just keep playing and hope to improve. Do u have any suggestions for me?

I sure do, and it's what I'm about to do right now, game analysis, you must be a decent player if you're 1300, way better then myself even.  Maybe we can play a game and look over our games together.  Game analysis is very important, it's basically trying to figure out where you went wrong (your mistakes) and where you could have done better.

U don't need to be disheartened, better players than yourself have lost even more, GM Shirov who is a pro once lost 8 or 9 games in a single tournament and those were slow time control games , not blitz or rapid , we r human and go through bad patches where we lose a lot, its OK to lose at chess man its just a game u don't need to hate yourself for it

Well said friend, I've gotten pretty down myself after losing a particularly seemingly hard fought Chess game, losing a Chess game means there is either something you don't understand and/or missed during the game, it is painful though, I won't lie, and I can't imagine 6 or so in a row.......I can understand how O.P. feels..........

Apparently "seven" is not in your dictionary.

Your losing streak ended at six. Continue on and recover your form!

Have a little sympathy friend, "recovering your "form" is easier said then done, I know, I lost one just now and I was winning the game, so losing is painful.  I'm guessing O.P. got tilted and went on a mini losing streak, probably a decent player (at 1300) just got frustrated, it happens, you won't see everything, I'm furious right now, I lost the game due to a tactic I didn't see, can't see everything, it's part of the game,.....

But you never mentioned it's not possible, so... there will be that moment. For now, review the game and commit that tactic to your mind so you will fall victim to the same tactic much fewer times.

I have lost 300 rating points in a span of two weeks in bullet some time within the past three years, but have since slowly recouped back the lost rating points (after a few more weeks).

OP you shouldn't feel bad.  You play much better than I ever will - maybe do something else you enjoy for a few days to recharge your mind, and return to the chess board, fresh.  Just a thought.

I was 250 rated 2 years ago when my mum forced me into a chess competition...Idk what much happened but im 1400 now....u can get better...just keep playing

You can't be moving pawns randomly en route to 1400. Times have changed. Your chess knowledge, in terms of the opening phase, middlegame phase and the endgame phase has greatly improved. You are able to spot moves which you would have never played years ago.

Just as toxic_internet can improve, so do you!

Desire is the problem of the mind. Keeping sharp is the only way of the higher mind.

WayoftheWorld

The more depressed, anxious or angry you feel, the less likely you are to win. Take a break.

Oh I know what tactic it was, he sac'd his rook and took mines shortly after via a Queen fork, I'm going to check the game out now, thus, I told the OP one thing that helps is game analysis, where did you go wrong? and what should you have done instead, do you understand this position? etc, ......
