I'm struggling to cope with chess and mental health

I'm just not good man. I have tried learning chess a lot and every time I think I am losing or can't find any moves, I resign and chess.com tells me I am winning. Then I go on a whole rage about myself due to my heavy anger issues and low self-esteem. Should I even continue chess at this point if I can't even cope with a single loss?

Chess is an extremely painful journey for some people. If you play enough, you eventually don’t care about losses anymore. I used to be insanely upset about any bad chess game I played, but now I am just numb. You can take a long break to only study if you feel that you need to.

You might switch to playing the Bots for a change of pace...It can relieve a lot of pressure since the games don't matter. It helped me to relax while playing - oh yes, I'm still a loser but I'm now a more relaxed user.grin
