There is obviously a button to resign. I suggest a button to request a resignation from an opponent; a request that requires a reply. In the 18th Annual Tournament, one group member has completed precisely one game. This player as Black is down (or losing by) a queen, rook, and three pawns to one bishop and a knight. Chats and messages are being ignored when I accurately state that Black's position is hopeless. I read countless comments about the pace of play in this tournament. Chess.com has an issue here.
Why not do something positive about it? Require a response to a request for resignation.
