If someone were making nasty or harassing comments to me in a chat, I'd have no trouble showing everyone what they were saying verbatim...I esp. appreciate the verbatim aspect.  What she's doing is revolting and embarrassing - not a private conversation between two.

In this particular case I don't have a problem with it either -- just to state that. What I'm saying is that some sites explicitly prohibit this (and I can see why). Just bringing it to your attention, that's all.

I think it's not a bad policy, because private otherwise you leave it up to the discretion of every user of whether to publish or not publish, and that is it's own headache, know what I mean?

I saw the wink but only after I typed the sentence and I'm lazy.

Thanks for the nice well disguised jab, well done! :-)

haha

i'm lazy too.  now if only i played chess as well as you do...  hmmm

Spassky is also lazy ( he has admitted it ) and so am I and yet I cannot play as well as him.... what gives ?

So I guess that Karpov calling Spassky lazy in the most recent issue of Chess Life isn't such a big thing then. Old news.

I'm lazy, but not with my chess. :-) Reb, you and me need our FM title. Everybody knows that.

There is no such thing as a "private conversation" on the internet.
