Insights bug

Insights has not updated data for me.

I played some games today and they're showing. I saw someone else was having issues earlier today, and I know staff was looking into it then.

From a quick glance, your Insights seem correct to me. Can you point to a completed game that you think is not being reflected in your Insights? Or is there a specific day for which you think your game count in Insights is incorrect?

A few things that commonly confuse people:

• Insights ignores games that had less than 10 moves. (I see that on December 1st, you completed 5 daily games that had just 1 move each, and you also completed 2 normal-length daily games. So if you look at your Daily games in Insights, you will see just 2 games for December 1, because the 1-move games are being ignored.) 
• Insights allows you to choose whether you look at Rated games, Unrated games, or both. So if you played some Unrated games and want to view them in Insights, you may need to change your Insights filter to include the unrated games.
