Internet Chess Club

Does anyone here use the ICC?  I hadn't chekced it out for years because the last time I did, several years ago, it had an awful interface and was not at all user-friendly.

I thought I'd give it a second chance recently and had another look, hoping it might have improved.  Nope!  This is only my personal opinion, but I really can't understand how anyone can bear to use ICC at all.

I appreciate that it has a lot of members and strong players, but IMO it's confusingly laid out and seems not to have advanced at all since I looked at it years ago.  Urggggh!

There are other chess sites I enjoy visiting, but unless ICC overhauls itself completely, I won't be visiting there again for another couple of years!  Shape up ICC!

SonOfPearl, I use ICC, FICS, and Live chess. The only advantages of ICC that I can see over FICS are the wealth of titled players and the "chekels" payment system.

I would much rather play a game here or on FICS. :)

I use ICC only. What is the problem with ICC?

I train on ICC - excellent pool of players and very easy to get standard games. Good live analysis features too -

I had a year or so on ICC but didn't much like the interface.  I haven't played there since finding chess.com and am no longer financial there.

I know the great number of high-profile players is attractive but I rarely watched their games anyway.
