Invisible Pieces and why this really sucks

I just got ripped off in a game, my opponent had invisible pieces on the board.

i had to resign because i couldn't see the final position. as i got so frustrated in the end

of course there is no complaints process to complain about it, so i lose rating points for it.

i don't mind losing if its fair, or because of a bad move. but when your opponent gets a free ride because of an error in there system

i know chess.com wont give me rating points by compensation , there is no avenue of complaints as its not technically abuse. more likely after i post this i will get banned for bringing it there attention.

all i can do is grin and bare it .  that's why this really, really sucks!!

If you are on the website, you can file a bug report, though the menu when you see something like that. It was likely just a cache issue.
