You could try using Tor, that works most of the time.

Hello. It seem that I have been Ip banned because when i try to login, there is some error(it says Error 5713: Unable to login. a
and nothing about incorrect passwd). but when i turn on my vpn i can login perfectly fine and i played a live game. The only reason why i think this is happening is because my little brothers keeps on making multiple accounts and uses stockfish and keeps on getting banned.(e.g. account: No21, and Kitty_Kat_Spy) however as you can see with my records i have not been cheating at all. so if you guys can fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated
