Is 1600 rating good for someone who's been playing for 1 year?

I've started chess last year, I didn't have an exact account, I used to play in clubs from time to time, I've went on to be 1400 after playing for 7 months, then I've went on to create online account and putting more effort into online and chess generally, I've grown up to 1550 and I've been wondering If I have chance to be titled player one day.

I'm not flexing or anything, I consider myself bad at chess and I wouldn't ask such question If I was having high ego, I was trying to ask If I have potential to become something like IM or FM in the next 10 years because as I have heard people need to start early or work hard for alot of years.

Hi. I started playing 5 minutes ago, and I’m 2350. Does that mean I’m ok?
Cmon.

I just say I’m 1600. I really suck but that’s my puzzle elo. It’s not true, and I really do suck, but I just try to make myself happy and am proud of the elo. I’m not right, but also not wrong lol

I learned the moves in 1968. I was finally over 1600 USCF in 2006.
