Usually, you get bigger accuracy against lower rated players they make easy to punish mistakes, and lower accuracy against higher rated players because they give you difficult positions.
Even against a lower rated player, 96.3% accuracy is still impressive!
The accuracy system is pretty trash, as with the elo estimate. Top players such as Hikaru and Magnus play games with 60% accuracy or sometimes lower. Just ignore that stuff usually.
I'm 497 ELO and in my most recent game, I got an 87% accuracy with 30 best moves in a row. Is that good or bad?
