Is anything being done about cheaters?

I've been running into a relentless amount of people using engines and it's annoying. Why does nothing seem to be done about these kind of players and how can I play ranked without running into them? Is there something I can do as soon as I notice it? There moves are always the most 100 percent best move made in less the 3 to 5 seconds

Publish names of cheaters and I would believe they do anything at all.

No, cheaters are very welcome here and if you talk too much about them, they will mute you. (Well, cheaters are actually part of the site and they have a lot of power).

All suspected cheating can and should be reported to Chess.com and not on the public forum. Chess.com does look into and monitor these reports and takes action when determined action is warranted. Not all suspected cheaters are cheaters, if action is not taken against a user you reported it has likely been determined at the time they have not cheated or investigating is ongoing and more time is needed to make a determination. Making good moves, having a great game, are not foul proof means to determine cheating and Chess.com’s cheating detection methods are more robust than simply going off such things. For more information on common cheat detection methods and protocols, a google search can be useful. Chess.com does not release its methods publicly.
