I think it is not worth
Is Chess.com membership worth it?
It is generally worth it. I have been a diamond member for most of the site’s existence. There have been gaps when I’ve been frustrated with poor decisions by bots, such as getting muted because I typed a word with the letter a and two consonants (the post was not allowed) and then six months later quoted someone else who used the word donkey (spelled differently) in their post. Or when I was muted for defending myself against personal attacks. I’m close this morning to another reduction (see under site feedback).
But, despite these few times of immense frustration, paying the cost of two lattes per month for access to all the site’s features is a bargain.
I don't think unlimited game review is there for everyone! It's only for platinum and diamond members. If I am correct, even gold members have only 1 game review per day!
Only unlimited puzzles and lessons for even gold members!
If you have an old gold account like I have you are grandfathered in and you get unlimited game reviews. But of course they took that away now so as of last September if you are a new member you don't get that anymore.
All they need to do to eliminate or at least virtually eliminate cheating, is make options for pairings that you don't want to play anyone who isn't a premium member for a certain amount of time. Let's say a couple years. That puts the kibosh to the people who cheat and open new accounts every week. It also would significantly reduce smurfing.
But to remain on topic, I feel like my gold membership from long ago is very much worth it. If it came to a choice between the current diamond or platinum and no membership at all, I would go with option C.
If game review is what you want, you are better off downloading the free version of ChessBase reader and the latest edition of Stockfish. Limits there will exceed your capacity. Or even better, spend the money on the full version of ChessBase. Be warned though, there is a new version that was released a month ago. It will be buggy for several months.
I had trouble setting up ChessBase, with the UI that is. I was hoping to see something more useful than Chess.com's game review but never did.
You never saw something better because you failed to learn to use the software.
Find the help created by Steve Lopez. These are old, but there are the best.
No analysis is better than your own analysis. The only analysis better than you can do in ChessBase requires a coach. Chances are pretty good your coach will be using ChessBase.

As an owner of Chess base with the mega pack, I will just say that imho, a membership that allows game review is all anybody needs short of people who aspire to titles.
As to being buggy for a month, more like for a few decades. My two-year-old chess base has more UI bugs on Windows 10 than perhaps any other software I've used. And that is saying something. The inability to size windows when you have a large desktop, is a colossal p i t a. The complete lack of documentation, or even so much as a user's guide explaining the features, it's enough that I will likely never purchase another copy. It's got some great features for the more serious player, but for the average guy it's a complete waste of money. Not to mention frustrating to try to use.
I have ChessBase 15 which I purchased just before 16 came out. The problems I have had have been few and far between. But, then, I only use it several hours every day, 360 days per year, approximately. I use it in personal study (I cherish no delusions concerning substantial improvement at my age, but I got to where I am because of ChessBase), blogging, and teaching.
Resizing windows in ChessBase is simple.
I used the free version for a year or two, then bought ChessBase 8. When this was no longer compatible with my operating system, I upgraded to 11, and then to 15. Twenty years of constant use. When I read chess books, I usually read them in ChessBase or use PGN files of the games to view in ChessBase (or tChessPro on my iPad) while reading the book.
I have to laugh here a little bit, resizing Windows is easy in chess base 15, that may be true. It's not so easy in chess base 16. LOL it is an absolute maddening bug.
I don't know if it's because of my desktop having Dimensions they are not accustomed to. I have two 37-in UHD monitors mounted vertically (portrait) as a single desktop so as to offer me dramatically more vertical resolution for text when I'm programming. I don't know what the resolution is off the top of my head but it's over 4000 by about 3,000 something. Suffice to say they are not prepared for that.
On my system you get two choices of window size. Full screen or closed. I did not pay all the money I did for video Hardware so I can look at one window. Mind you I'm not complaining, I'm just stating a fact about chess base that others might want to be aware of. I don't know if it's my system resolution that causes this bug or not. I can just tell you it exists. I don't use the program enough to even bother contacting Tech Support to tell them. If they haven't figured it out I don't care.

Is there any option for premium members to choose only premium members as opponents?
There is an option for that. Just make it a custom game and it will give you the choice "premium members only".

But you can't limit it to people who have been a member for any period of time. Lots of these people, even those with premium memberships, pay monthly. That way when they get banned they are not out the money. I'm talking about those of us who've been here for years and are not interested in playing those loser scumbags. By limiting opponents to only those people who have been on the site for a long time, you would significantly reduce the amount of that BS you had to put up with.
And I say all this as one of the people who truly believes it is far less prevalent than what most people here would like to think. But it is still a significant problem. Most especially the smurfing.
I had to look up 'smurfing'.
I wouldn't like to exclude non-paying members, but new members? Maybe. I think it should be an option. And it should be easy to implement, no muss no fuss, just add it to the list of custom game choices.
This makes perfect sense to me.

Taylor to. Your chess needs
I only use puzzles and game analysis, and I've been thinking of canceling my membership. Does anyone know how many free game analysis there is in a week/day?
For all membership people you have unlimited game analysis. You have made a smart decision to upgrade to platinum. Upgrading to Diamond just really shows your support to chess.com. (I accidentally upgraded to diamond.) It costs almost twice the amount than platinum and only unlocks things that you won't be using very much. Platinum is enough for me because unlimited puzzle battles, unlimited puzzles, unlimited game reviews, same vacation time and max vacation time in daily chess, auto-timeout protection, and many other things that are the same as diamond.
