You are welcome. I think that if chess is evil, it is a necessary evil in which everyone should partake.
But think about it. A lot of evil things aren’t entirely obvious at first.
I bet if chess is evil no one has found any clear evidence. It IS only a board game.

The evidence is personal. The clarity. Though, those who has found it are not playing chess anymore, I assume.

You can also gamble money in chess. And shots! "Each time I capture one of your pieces you have two drink, two shots if is the Queen"
And last but not least sheep and cows. I know of a guy who lost a cow over a game of chess.
