Obviously chess is a great hobby. Engaging and enhancing cognitive function in a fun, competetive way. I don't see much of a debate about that. Too much obsession is not necessarily healthy, but same goes with anything.

chess is better than all sports because as chess is related to brain anybody can make body but masses (normal player who do not know chess) think a person playing chess has one of the biggest brain

People who love chess have good times during their retirement. It sounds like a joke but it’s true - it’s important to have hobby and passion.

Obviously chess increases IQ

As a retiree approaching 70 years of age, cognitive decline, as well as physical decline, is a major concern for me. I believe that both can at least be mitigated with regular exercise. I am not a strong chess player by any stretch of the imagination, but I can think of no better mental exercise to promote one's ability to focus and concentrate. An added benefit is that chess enables one to monitor progress (or lack thereof!). We live In a society surrounded with technological distractions that require little or no effort. If it's use gets out of hand and consumes most of one's time, it will impede one's capacity to focus and concentrate. Sort of like the impact that excessive consumption of fast food has on one's physical health. So yeah, on balance, I think chess is good for you.
