terrible for your chess
Why is that? It's all I play. I have ups and downs in my ELO like anyone else but I've seen horrendous mistakes in the faster games, like players so hurried they missed taking their opponent's Queen for free. Daily chess gives me the chance to look over the whole board and spot tactical opportunities I might otherwise miss.
In a real chess game you wont have a day for a move, only a few minutes. Better to learn how not to blunder in fast time controls.

Daily is best for learning chess and not blundering. Fast time controls teach you to move fast and blunder.

Chomper there has a strong intuition and is good at fast time controls, if you assume he isn’t cheating.
