Is it a draw?

I have reached a position in a game where I have only a bishop left and my opponent has only a rook.  It is my contention that as long as I do not lose my bishop I can always avoid checkmate.  On this basis I have offered a draw which has not been accepted.  Is there any way that I can be forced into checkmate with this allocation of pieces?

If I had the Rook, I'd play on too, to see if m opponent knows the correct technique. It's easy to go wrong in this ending.

With best play that sounds like a draw. However, the person with the bishop could easily go wrong and get into a fork. Especially at lower levels there is still a good change the person with the rook will win. I would keep playing too if I had the rook

This is an ongoing game.  No outside advice is allowed.

It is a draw but the one with the rook CAN NOT lose the game! Why not play on?! You opponent can go wrong!

After 50 moves without loss of material it becomes a draw. I hope the engine recognises this. A bit sad if you time-out before that, but them's the breaks.

Nice selfie tigerprowl btw.

The only time people should use the word retard here is if it's part of an opening name, like the retard king:

I left a note on the game.  You will be able to see it when the game is over.
