I mean Qe7+ in the second one.
Is it bad form to force a draw through repeated moves...

Depends on what your playing for? Money? Anything goes. Respect or good will? Bad form.
And the list of things you can do in a chess game that are considered disrespectful keeps getting longer and longer...

I sometimes choose to draw by repition out of laziness/tiredness or because I am not enjoying the game. This may be mutually agreeable or considered bad form.

I just got a rep draw after only 1 repetition. I offered a draw since I could see no way to win, but the server gave the draw, not my opponent. Isn't the rule 3 times in the same position?

@astronomer999: Look again. The board situation after 55. Kf2, 57. Rc2 and 59. Rc2 are identical. It's the board situation that's repeated, not necessarily the moves.

Google translates that as this:
Of privetiki ''' I " russskiy " I " beat " all " outright " my " king " of zdelan ''' from " steel
Can anyone give an accurate translation? Google is just spitting out gibberish.
It's exactly the same as with stalemate - it's up to the stronger attacker to make sure that his opponent doesn't have a chance to use it to escape further damage or mate. If he can't do that, he's the one that's failed - not his opponent!

I entered it in google translate as well
Приветики я русский я бью всех наповал мой король зделан из стали'
google translate says:
Hello I'm Russian I beat all on the spot to create one of my king became '
still doesn't make 100% sense.

Hi, I am a Russian (or Russian) and I (can) beat everyone outright (or on the spot). My King is made of steel.
In both positions, it is = because of a forced draw. Even though white/black is winning by a ton, a forced draw can still be initiated.
