Is it Impossible to Create a Coaching Profile Now?

I am not sure just wanted to say good luck on your coaching
I am getting my USCF coaching certification, and I am about to start teaching kids and players under 1200, so I wanted to make a profile. However, the application pages both requires a city and yet does not recognize any city on a map (so it says for everything I put in).
Has anyone dealt with this recently and had the same experience? I tried going on the "new chess.com," but I couldn't even find a page for creating a coaching profile.
