Is it okay to listen to music while playing chess?

lyrics don't help tbh especially on anything rough sounding

Personally I tried some songs (lyrics) but I kept getting more focused on lyrics than chess. So I switched to GD and Divison music

I like to listen to Sounds of the Shire and some EDM music(I forget the names-)

I also listen to lyric music-La Bamba, and I can focus on my chess game. But otherwise distraction will take over

Vexento has some quieter stuff, and I swear I've heard some really calming ones...
