Is it possible that a 1200 player can play like a 1900 or 1700?

Here is my story and I have proofs ! I was playing rapid and I was really outplayed (I'm not gonna say names) And I was suspicious so I looked to the analysis and he only made 1 inaccurate move ( in a game of 29 moves ) So I went to his profile and I found this other game !!! these 2 players played almost only best moves in the endgame which is so crazy !!!! And theirs ratings are 1200 , but they reached 1900 and 1700 !!! Watch the endgame is so crazy for their ratings !!!!! Hmmm
the endgame looked strong yeah
i guess the analysis disagrees w me but i would have guessed a little weaker than 1900 and 1700? idk, looks to me more like 1700 and 1600 maybe.....not sure.

I sometimes get the game review telling me I played like 2000+ even. Other times it tells me I played like a 900 though.

Sometimes even us regular sub-1500s manage to play a game with 0 inaccuracies. It just doesn't happen very often, otherwise we would be a lot higher rated.

So yes, it is possible that a 1200 plays like a 1900 for one game or two games. At least I think so. Now if they keep it up, they'll not be 1200 for very long. This is also possible if they happen to be severely underrated, which could be the case, if there is a new account or someone has not been active on chess.com or that time control for a long time, but have kept playing and studying chess elsewhere...

I sometimes have games in which I play like a 1900, but these are mostly in which the opponent does give a lot of counterplay or attacks in which I might make a mistake. Ive gotten like at least 10 games rated as 1900 or so whilst m top elo has been at most 1250. I do not play that consistently which might contribute to that, however I think it doesn't translate necessarily to cheating itwas probably mostly a good game.

Sometimes, players with lower ratings can play exceptionally well when they’re highly focused or have just studied a particular position or tactic. They might play like a 1700 or even 1900 for a game or two, especially if the position aligns with something they’re comfortable with.
