I was just in an end game on bullet with some curry muncher. When we got to the lower seconds he started premoving like a mad man. Barely 0.1 seconds between every move. However I can’t premove multiple moves ahead on mobile. So is that just an advantage that PC players have?

Currently, website supports multiple premoves and the apps don't. Android is getting them but may not be available outside of the beta for a while.
