Is my chess Elo bad for hoe many (rapid) games I played?

I have played chess for 3 years but I've had many many months when I just didn't play, and when I start to get addicted back the thing I do most was watch gothamchess so I don't play that much. I think that could be a reasonable explanation for my rating, but I can't help but think I am just below average in relation to Elo vs games played

Your current rapid rating is 787. That is fine for someone who doesn't play often.
That is above the average for all rapid players.
