Different sites are differently overrated in respect to FIDE.
is my elo 238? how do i get it better than that? how come it is better on lichess...

There will always be others making fun of you as long as you are below expert level.
but how come some people are not THAT good and there elo is rather high? They should be fice times as good as me if they have an elo of 1000 plus...I am really bad at 238...I am like horrible...nobody even talks about elos of 200 on youtube...it is like they don't exist...I feel like I am not doing something to get my elo up or something...what can i do to improveeeeee??

i can't understand the elo system here...i started playing a few months ago...january. the highest i have gotten was 300 but sometimes i just play when i'm tired and knock myself down quickly ugh. cuz it is fun playing even when i'm not playing too great. but..how come i'm at 774 on lichess and have won people who are 8oo etc and how come sometimes it says 400 next to my name on chess.com... lots of people look like they are 400 elo on this site...is that just puzzles or something? i don't get how people are so highly rated(on youtube...they make fun of 900 elo and here i am at 200??? so embarassing!!!) :-(
