Is playing Rapid okay to learn on?

None taken! Thank you for your reply. I just didn't want it in my mind I was wasting time through 30 minute games. Your response is understandable to me. Hopefully by this time next month I'll be a much more improved player haha!
Hey guys! I'm a pretty new chess player, just learned how each piece moves a week ago haha. Anyways, I've always heard blitz and bullet doesn't help beginners and I can understand and agree with that logic but what about 30 minute rapid? I feel this is a significant amount of time to analyze and understand how each piece should move and that I should be able to get good by playing it alot. What do you guys think? Is this okay for beginners to start and focus on?
Well, people who just enter the world as babies do not suddenly move at high speed...
So do players starting out on chess.
