Is rating of Bots on Chess.com roughly same as rating of humans?

I have a query .
When I play against chess bots on chess.com , I can easily beat Bots of 1500 sometimes I can win against higher rated Bots too.
Earlier I used to win games till 1700 against humans.
Bur of late I am losing even against 1400 and 1300 humans.
And yet I am easily beating Bots of 1500 and even above .
What could this be due to ?
