I do not believe this has a name other than the fact that the pawns are doubled.
Is there a name for this pattern (pawns/bishop) ?

I think this pattern might be called outpost bishop with extra pawn.

The above board shows the pawn/bishop pattern. Is there some kind of name for this pattern? (I'm looking for name/term like "fianchetto bishop".)
