Is there a name for this type of mate?
Just curious if there is a name for this type of mate, with two rooks, a knight, and a king working together to deliver mate?
If there is not, what would be a good name to give it?
I don't see the game, try to reload it
There is no good name for the mate, but the closest I can find is a kill box (commonly used with a queen and rook).
Yes, thank you Finnish Lukas for posting the board position
and the fact you did it as a puzzle, which I solved - sorry I
didn't get around to posting it earlier, but I appreciate all the
interesting comments on what you think this mate is called.
The mate is a bit like the early version of Anastasia's mate, though that mate was executed with a single rook, king, and knight, rather than two rooks....

The mate with TWo Endgame Rooks and Knight is called a TWERK. So named because only when it's done right is it fun to watch.
KARARAN-WOKIMOB MATE - king and rook and rook and knight - with opponent's king in middle of board mate
I guess I'm quite late to the party but I'll post this for future readers: this is an instance of Vukovic's mate where the rook delivering mate is supported by the king with an extra rook on h1 cutting off black king from escaping to the 1st rank thus essentially making the 2nd rank the back rank for the black king.
