You want to be a wee bit careful that you are only resigning in truly lost positions or it might seem like you are sandbagging. It's a judgement call of course, but in beginner level games it's often the last person to blunder who loses. I'm too lazy to look at your games, but it's usually a good idea to fight on for awhile even when a major piece has been lost. In a tactical slugfest anything can happen and beginners often stumble into stalemate even when up a ridiculous amount of material.
Is there a penalty for resigning too often?

I am not so concerned with my points asl with getting lots of practice AND, I truly enjoy playing with less experienced people simply because I have some skills in such games and the drama and tension is exciting, but the higher my points go the higher the skills of my opponents who rapidly rip me to shreds like as would an Orca whale! ha ha

You should be fine resigning positions that seem lost! But like @baddogno said people often blunder even in a winning position so fighting on now and again can be fun to! As long as you're having fun though there's no restrictions on resigning like there is on aborting. Basically as long as you actually play the game and resign when you're done your good!

Never resign. Its great practice to be down material and put up resistance. You would be surprised how often they can't convert a winning position.

Yes I have beed doing that lately and find I am happier, and times I pull victory from the jaws of defeat

If you resign too often( by that I mean if you do it intentionally without being cornered to resign ) you will not be able to play for a while. That's the penalty. I don't know how long but it can last from minutes to hours.
You will get a message like “You have been disconnected. Please refresh the page to reconnect” even if your device and internet is working perfectly fine.
So if you're planning to lose your elo points to get easier opponents to gain trophies and rank up in leagues. Then, here's a little piece of advice: Don't.

I usually resign whenever I blunder like my knight because it then all goes downhill. Is that bannable?

I mean like I haven’t got banned yet so I don’t think so. It doesn’t hurt others because they just get free rating points so I don’t see an issue.

Well I think you should always resign if you only have pawns and they have like a rook or a queen and you basically can’t promote.
chess.com says nothing when i resign but it says whaen i abort that if I do it 10 times on my acount it will get banned

I usual resign because I usually either lose or somehow get a win that doesn’t feel deserved. Either way it’s just a lose lose situation. The only exception is when I find a really good move that helps me make the comeback that’s all but it’s rare.
I realize that my account will be restricted if I ABORT. I also realize that each time I resign, my rating will drop. I am a beginner, weak in skills and experience. IF very early in the game I should blunder and, say , lose my queen, I prefer to resign because I feel that the rest of the game will benefit neither party. I am not so concerned about what my rating is. I know that because of my age, I shall always be low and slow, and therefore my entertainment will be with beginners where a lot of exciting drama takes place and I have enough skills to possibly win. Thanks!
