Hey there, if you are the type that likes to think, 15+10 is best.
Should I play 15+10 or 10+0

Danya’s old speed runs give a good idea of the level of thought that goes into each time format. I would check those out if you haven’t already.

10+0 is best if you are good in blitz and take advantage of ur opponents mistakes during low time, and I u do best in time scrambles. When I start playing rapid Imma play 10+0 cuz am already not bad in blitz

I would say 15+10, although you should ask a coach (if you can) and play the time control you enjoy (I didn’t look at your games, I’m talking about for general improvement

yeah I was wondering if it did

If you are trying to improve, generally go for the longest time limit you can manage. The more time you have in which to think, the more you can challenge your vision for tactics and your strategic thinking. And because your opponent has the same privilege, the stronger the moves you are reacting to.
Hence, I play Bullet for giggles but when I am in serious mood I go for 10+0. "Why no slower?", you ask. Legitimate Question. My life is busy - I don't have the time.
[PS added in edit: a Daily game now and then really does let one dive into depth-analysis]

For serious improvement towards your 1800 goal, 15+10 is the far superior choice because it gives you enough time to practice deeper calculation and formulate concrete plans, which are the skills that separate players at higher ratings. While you might be good at the faster pace of 10+0, that time control often rewards quick intuition over the precise thinking you need to develop to break through to the next level.
Idk which one is better. I'm trying to reach 1800 by the end of the year, ive been playing a lot on 10+0, but I also like 15+10 a lot cuz u get more time to think. But my performances on 10+0 have been pretty good so far, but people say 15+10 is better for improvement, which I believe. I also think a play better on 15+10, but I'm not sure it would be good if someone could look into my games and see how I did in 10 vs 15+10
