Is there an option in Houdini 3 pro/Chessbase to ponder (let the engine Houdini 3 Pro continue calculating when finished making a move) ?

Gee, two identical threads. At first I thought I needed to get my glasses checked...

I don't have Chessbase, but ponder is a UCI option for the engine, so you should be able to set it either through the GUI or directly in the engine configuration.
