The problem with living in South America (as well as Africa and Australia) is that you're on the bottom half of the globe, where information just drops off into space. Here on the top half of the globe we at least have solid ground under our feet, and information tends to stick around longer the further north you go. This is why the Northern Hemisphere countries have dominated the course of history so far. There may be hope for you; geologists tell us that approximately every 500,000 years, there's a pole shift where the magnetic field reverses. What you need is a pole shift in your lifetime.

Apparently too many chess players, in your country, were playing chess and would get run over by walking into traffic or falling into manholes, while playing. It was determined that people, in your country, would be safer by playing on a stationary device, as you are now.
Other than Najdorf, have any top grandmasters ever come from south of the equator?
It's hard to take the question seriously when so little information is given. Guyana is an English-speaking country, so that shouldn't be difficult. It's been my experience that if something on the Web isn't available in my country it's because of my country's laws, not because the website doesn't want to do business with me.
