Is this position a draw?

I need help to understand this position. Opposite colored bishops, I have 3 pawns, 2 of them doubled. If Black has a win, tell me how.

White just played Bf2. How should Black respond?

ElSolido

Yeah...looks like a draw...if black goes Ke2 , then white goes anywhere on the f2-a7 diagonal...then black can only progress with c2 but then white takes on c2 ..after king takes on c2 ..then white king is in a stalemate

Then instead of c2 straight away, black could play Bf1 first to threaten c2 without stalemate.

But then White might play Kg1.
