Issues downloading PGN Files from Chess.com's V3?

All, 

Has anyone else had issues with getting PGN's from Chess.com's V3 to work on external sources?  I have Babaschess, and before Chess.com's V3 came out whenever I downloaded a game to PGN and inserted it to FICS it worked fine.  Now it seems that most times when I download a game to PGN from Chess.com it saves with a text extension (*.txt).  We all know that Text Files don't work.  And to add insult to injury when I can get it to save as PGN (which seems rare) it sometimes isn't readable on my FICS client (babaschess) which worked fine when I was using V2.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Use V2. It's a one click switch when you need it.

Well, hopefully they'll get these kind of glitches fixed before V2 goes away.

@OP, for now, if you have a PGN file with a text extension, you can just rename it to a .pgn extension, and it should work if that's all that's wrong with it.

Anyone else have issues as well?  Sometimes changing the extension doesn't work. 

I don't use V3, but maybe you could find one of the files that didn't read into your Babaschess and paste the contents here so we can take a look at it?
